Our Services

End-to-end EPC solutions for the Compressed Biogas (CBG) industry.

What is Compressed Biogas?

A renewable green fuel produced from organic waste — identical in composition to CNG, but 100% sustainable.

Step 1

Raw Biogas

Produced through anaerobic decomposition of organic waste — agricultural residue, animal droppings, food waste, etc.

Step 2

Purification

H₂S, CO₂, and water vapour are removed through advanced scrubbing and adsorption systems.

Step 3

Compressed Biogas

Purified biomethane (≥95% CH₄) compressed to 200–250 bar — equivalent to CNG and ready for use.

Biogas naturally contains methane, carbon dioxide, and traces of water vapour, oxygen, and hydrogen sulphide. These impurities make raw biogas unsuitable as fuel. Through our advanced purification and compression systems, we convert it into high-purity CBG — a clean, renewable, drop-in replacement for fossil fuels.

End-to-End CBG Plant Value Chain

ADON Green Energy provides comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services. From initial design and technology selection to equipment supply, installation, and final commissioning, we deliver robust, high-performance CBG plants tailored to your specific feedstock and capacity requirements.

Technical Capabilities

  • Size reduction and shredding to 10-30mm uniform particles
  • Impurity removal (stones, plastics, metals)
  • Mixed with water/digestate to form slurry (8-12% total solids)
  • Homogenized before feeding into digester

Choosing the Right Solution

Digester Tank Options: RCC vs GFS

MaterialM25–M35 concrete + steel reinforcementSteel panels coated with glass enamel (850°C fusion)
Construction Time2–4 months (on-site civil work)2–4 weeks (factory-made, bolted on site)
Life Span25–40 years20–30 years
AdvantagesVery strong, long lifespan, minimal maintenance, better thermal insulation, no corrosion issues, ideal for large capacity (5–50+ TPD).Fast installation, factory QC, corrosion resistant, modular/relocatable, smooth surface (less sludge).
LimitationsSkilled civil work needed, crack risk, not relocatable.Higher initial cost, bolt sealing needed, less thermal insulation, sensitive to mechanical damage.

Benefits of Compressed Biogas

CBG is one of the few industries that simultaneously generates energy, fertilizer, rural employment — all from waste.

Eco-Friendly Green Fuel

Renewable energy source that reduces CO₂ emissions and supports climate goals.

Waste to Wealth

Converts agriculture waste, cow dung, and food waste into fuel and bio-fertilizer.

Strong Revenue Model

Dual income from gas sales and fertilizer sales, backed by government pricing (SATAT).

Fossil Fuel Substitute

Direct drop-in replacement for diesel, petrol, LPG, and PNG — same usage as CNG.

Farmer Income Boost

Farmers earn by selling crop residue and animal waste as feedstock.

Organic Fertilizer

Digestate produces solid manure and NPK-rich liquid fertilizer, cutting chemical dependency.

Energy Security

Reduces dependence on imported fuels, promoting Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Industrial & Transport Use

Used in vehicles (CNG replacement), boilers, furnaces, and power generation.

Low Operating Cost

Feedstock is low-cost or waste. Stable long-term operation with high plant life.

Employment Generation

Creates rural jobs in plant operation, waste collection, and transportation.
